About me
I live in Warkworth, Northumberland with my hubby, two sons and our chihuahua Bruno.
I graduated with a degree in Journalism, specialising in online journalism, from the University of Central Lancashire. After graduating I worked at a Web Editor for Conker Media and ITV, working on their Hollyoaks and Coronation Street websites.
Gradually, I moved into more marketing based roles for digital business support agency, Codeworks, and tech start-up Screenreach.
Becoming a mum changed a lot of things for me and I took a new direction, developing my own skincare range, NEVE Wellness. A huge part of this venture has been marketing, and I’ve been on an exciting journey building, creating and maintaining my own ecommerce website as well as driving effective email marketing campaigns.
I put my marketing skills to good use, creating long term plans and strategies and an effective social media community. I was lucky that my background in marketing made this so much easier for me. However, I speak to people everyday who have an amazing product or service but just don’t have the marketing skills they need for their business.
